How it works
Drum & Dry was formed by a bunch of coffee addicts with a passion for Australia’s emerging cafe culture. Project ‘Drum & Dry’ was created to bring our passion to you, while taking away the effort of sourcing your beans for the morning brew.
We’ve discovered that Australia has one of the most vibrant underground coffee experiences that the world has to offer and we figured that sharing it with you could only help spur the movement of Australia’s growing bean scene.
Every month we find and curate roasters, learning about their current showcased beans, the associated stories and the flavour profiles to match. When we find a roaster worthy of the Drum & Dry service, we encourage them to choose a bean that they want to feature for the month, giving them a chance to showcase something they are proud of.
The monthly coffee package can include absolutely anything, such as a single origin bean from remote Papua plantations to the high country in Colombia. Or blends created with beans from India, Mexico, Sudan or anywhere in between….
The consistency is that they taste delicious, are of the utmost quality and the origin is traceable.
